Alpha prefers Dassault, because of the Rafale. But wait till Canada decides to make a $19B order for the Saab Gripen's, and Saab agrees to manifacture it in the Bomber facilities with Bombardier. These American Shorters and MM's have no shame in what they print. As long as it helps them to steal from the retail investor.

What do u guys think are the odds of Canada chooses Saab chooses Bomber? That would be awesome news for the stock.

I'm a veteran from the airforce, I used to work on the f-18 went they were brand new, I would love to see canada buying the Saab, but I belive there's about zero chance that will happen, the main raison is Norad, Canada and the US having the same aircraft would makes it a lot easier for data comunication between aircraft, plus having all the spare parts especialy up north,  and many ...more

Nice, a veteran, maybe you can tel me. All nato planes have the L16. For exemple, the emiraty mirage, french rafales and UK typhoons are cooperating in the nato operations in syria, irak without problems. So what is so special with the comunication system of the canadians planes?

Just read this article, you might learn a thing or two, now imagine two US fighter needing a translating aircraft to connect,  F-22 And F-35 Datalinks Finally Talk Freely With Each Other Thanks To A U-2 Flying Translator (thedrive.com)

F22 and F35 communication is hard to intercept and is coded. USAF had to create software for F35 and F22 to communicate to other USAF fighters. Which can be jammed and interepted. Its not only radio (talking) communication. F35 and F22 communication(non audio) to forward command centers with enmey locations, equipment, size (intel etc). They also communicate on target allocation and rely battle ...more
