Who is trhe guy you email in Bombardier, that you get info from, in customer Relations? Do you have his email or a phone #. I want to find out what is happening with the $400M of discrepancy money on closing with Alstom for BT. Bombardier said that they were going to challenge that $400M deduction from the closing funds. yes, i remember  Bombardier said that they were going to challenge that $400M deduction from the closing funds. but IMO, I DO NOT THINK BBD WILL SUCCEED IN GETTING BACK ONE DOLLAR, AND IN RETURN ALSTOM MAY ASK FOR MONEY FROM BBD in my opinion, we must remember that bbd is a small intity in a state where bbd has no Gov support, and Alstom is supported by the caise de depot of quebec

Where do you come up with this stuff Sham? Why should Bombardier forget the $400M from Alstom? What does the Size of Alstom have something to do with is the RIGHT thing to do? Alstom gave Bombardier $400M less or withheld $400M from the closing funds on closing. What does the size of Case have to do with it? Bombardier is no longer Partners with those thieves at Case. It is the Bombers $400M

Hey Club. I've sent the email Friday afternoon to 2 others in the Management office. If I don't hear from them, I'll send it to your guy. I'm sure they'll reply. I haven't got a copy of what I've sent them because I went directly to the Bomber site and clicked on their e-mail. But I'll send you part of it in a PM. The anouncement was on their Oficial site.

859, fyi, Alstom share price has tanked since the deal closed, down by half approximately - 52 week low (very brief) was 16.36 Euro - CDPQ got in at 44? closed at 20.77 (Euro) on Friday  The company claims that...well you can see for yourself on their website if you have time to waste.  So Shamorish may be right, it might be best not to open that can of worms. What a strange business

Hey Pablo. They have the same problem that we are now facing. This year will be positive for us too, probaly to the tune $50m to $100M. That's a hefty chunk of change though ($400M), to leave on the table. I would try to negotiate through arbitration first with them. You never know? We may end up getting something out of them.

Btw. You know this. If we get it. then we can throw that $400M on the LTD? We will save $30M yearly in interest payments. That's nice to have. Sue them in the German courts, they're fairer. If the closing occured there? Depends where the closing occured. France courts would be suicidal. Just saying. This group has to get smarter. Everyone is just kicking them in chessnuts.

BBDB, DO  not get me wrong, i agree with you, bbd is right, Alstom is wrong,,, but this is not enough to win the case i may be wrong, but in my opininon bbd will not win the case,,,, Alstom is untouchable supported by french gov, and supported by the caise de depot and supported by Que gov,  bbd is alone, can not assume SSSSSS courte and lawers while Alstom got the money and the

I agree with you totally and I also believe the bomber was left to fend for himself and not supported by the govts ... when the chit hits the fan govts are quick to check their pockets  first  ...I always said it that when you do business with the govts , if you don't screw them ( run off with the cash) or go bankrupt,  the govts will bleed you dry ... worse than any mafia
