Should be easy with Pearson fully online for most or all of Q4. We'll see about 20 from now til end of Sept, 10 in Oct, 20 in Nov, and 30 in Dec.

Make that *19 from now til end of Sept; just saw the new delivery from today. Now hopefully they make buyback filings on SEDI soon to reveal a ton of buybacks over the past couple weeks at these bottom-of-the-barrel nonsense price levels.

Sedi filing requirements are to be done within 5 days of transaction.  I don't know whether these buybacks have some kind of exemption to that requirement.

Must have an exemption for the NCIB, as they filed June transactions (as early as June 1st) on July 7th.

The rules of reporting NCIB purchases,after I checked, is that they are to be reported within 10 days following the month of purchase. So it looks like they followed the rules as they reported accordingly. So anything purchased in August should be filed by Sept 10th.

Nordico- I'm with you on the buyback. You'd think that, unless something prevented them to do the buyback at these low numbers, the company would have done the same as the CEO... at least buy all they could.. in the mid 52's
