Why can't The Bomber just say:

The transitionning of operations to the Pearson Plant has been more challenging than expected. Consequently, our delivery estimate guidelines for 2023 will be challenging to meet.

The Pearson Plant will not be completed on schedule. Just say that!!

Why aren't they saying there's an issue with the new plant?  ... maybe because there isn't any issue. 29 deliveries were planned for Q3 and from the info read on this board it looks like a minimum of 27-28 have been delivered.  Feel free to complain about them possibly being one delivery short. The delivery issue in Q1-Q3 is because of engines.  Read the Scotiabank report I posted earlier.  In that report, which was based on a meeting with BBD, it says that the only supply issue BBD has had is with engines in the earlier part of the year. So, BBD didn't deliver more planes becuase they couldn't.   The good thing is that the same report notes that they have

Dan. You're new here on this Board with this stock. I've been here investing with Bombardier since 2016. They are just not GOOD communicators with information to SHAREHOLDERS. So stop with this Pearson thing. They'll only give information when they think it's the right time. It could have something to do with their competition. Or they just don't want their competitors to know

Further more, if there would be any issues that would be of material value, they would have had to divulge or will have to.  So far thus no materail consequences

Absolutely.... Plane Mfr are spying like total madness between each other... anything can be reported the wrong way to their favorite economic journalists... BBD keep their mouth shut like Boeing does... untill 100% timing is perfect... that is fine with me as an investor!
