Too funny! I was with a Canadian delegation lead by Jean Chretien and 6 provincial prime-ministers in Hong-Kong, in 1994. We, in the airforce, had basically just received these brand new-used Airbus, bought out from Canadian Pacific and we had a mechanical failure as we were just about ready to taxi out for our return flight, same old stuff! The older B-707 were more reliable. Ah, memories ...more
