Progress is good but even better are sales to sustain such

Results? DESJARDINS has lost credibility to me. Big goals require big orders where are they?

Transit77 - You, stuck on one item, big orders, for quite a while now and Desjardins, who looks at the big picture... the lack of credibility is not where you believe it is. 130, 150, 165 or more total of aircrafts ordered, be it in small amounts or bigger ones, doesn't matter.

Benoit Perrier said that we would see big orders ? He has been a proponent for major b2b improvements and yet we've seen nothing happen. You still trust him. He has had the highest targets of any other analyst. Next up military orders or further developments. I've yet to see any updates ? I just want pen to paper and major orders arriving. Let's go sales team. Show us the money.

Transit77 - I wasn't trying to defend Desjardins or Poirier, but singling out your obsession over big orders. I don't know if Poirier ever mentionned big orders and it wouldn't impact my decision making if he did or not. A rule of thumb I like is to no take into account too optimistic or pessimistic analysis.  The average is most often correct than not. (No need to say that ...more

I'm long on the company, short on belief as they are not showing us the sales that match the title. I'm not saying they aren't doing a good job. I would like to see them show us this "robust" demand Martel speaks of. Where is it. I want major announcements to put our competitors on notice and show that the order backlog grows because we are the best. And I truly believe we ...more

I don't know what you want. The pipeline is already full with a 2 years production sold. The B to B is still at 1:1 Did you notice that there is a shortfall of elements delivered by suppliers for all the manufacturers. Do you think that Bombardier will accept or clients will orders jets for 2027 and 2028 now?  At a price of ?  a variable price ?  The clients will accept? or a ...more

Good point Temp. The SUPPLY sector is the other problem with Fleet orders. Until some of these things are dealt with in the next couple of years, things aren't going to be clear, especially when it comes to taking large orders. Right now we even have a problem with parts production on the Globals with suppliers, as we were told in Q4/23 ER. So it's unrealistic for Bombardier to give time ...more

If I may chime in? When it comes to orders, I think what's happening is, is that the Bomber has to wait to see what the company's capability will be on the delivery front. We have Pearson yet, to show us it's production capabilities first. Then we'll have a real good idea as to price/cost for that production for the Globals, so that we know what we can charge for their Globals to ...more
