Have funds started their buying spree?

Out of the gate like a rocket. It's obvious an A rating credit upgrade is within reach this year. Also, rates are on the cusp of declining. Two tailwinds among many others. GLTA true longs.

30 days average volume almost already surpassed, I'd say the funds are already in and are buying even more.
