They're just repositioning some of the close to $3B of 2026 & 2027 LTD by renegotiating some debt to long term, and paying for some of the 2026/7 with cash out of their account. They want to owe $750M for each of the future bonds they have to pay off. When the dust settles after all this maneuvering is done by the middle to the end of 2025, we should be at $4.5B LTD, and have five $750M
