Deliveries adjustments needed

CIBC gives the deliveries count for the Business jets each months. They began this count in january based on the Aviation week count. They were right on the numbers for Q1. I suspect that they talks to manufacturers directly.

On my side, I have talked with an Investor's relation representative in january about some distortions in the counts; he explain to me that for some clients they transfer the jet to BBD US subsidary before delivery and there could be some delays for the CCAR inscriptions. So, the CCAR is not so accurate as I tought.

So, there the CIBC count for april and may with the numbers for each type. If you can balance that with the CCAR count it would be interesting.

April:

According to Aviation Week, April saw a total of 30 business jet deliveries, five units ahead of April 2023. BBD saw four deliveries in the quarter, three Globals and one Challenger.

May:

Aviation Week published global business jet deliveries for May, which saw a total of 59 aircraft across the major manufacturers tracked by Aviation Week. According to the publication, BBD delivered eight units in May - four Challenger 3500, one Global 6000, one Global 6500, one Global 5500, and one Global 7500.

You got that right, CCAR and quarterly deliveries by Bombardier do not exactly match.  Q1 even had five more deiveries listed by CCAR than Bombardier. Bombardier Defense or some other subsidiary has to be the reason for this. We can't really adjust but we can set forth all we know. April CCAR : 7 deliveries (all exported) - 4 Globals, 3 Challengers (4 USA, 3 Others) AW :     ...more
