Tell me if you've heard this story before. An Iranian immigrant takes her company public, tells numerous lies and misleading information to sell off the IPO shares. People trust her because the Liberal government elevated her reputation. She gives herself majority voting rights and makes a puppet board of directors consisting of her friends. She has proxies short the stock to pennies while she makes sure the Financials are disastrous. When the market cap hits rock bottom, she scoops in a buys it all for pennies. This was one of Canada's biggest frauds and they are getting away with it because for some reason, the BC securities commissions refuse to open up and investigation. Hopefully when the Liberals get voted out, ex shareholders will finally see justice.
