Shabhazi is the CEO of WELL Health, but is an executive with BBTV.

I think you should be very cautious when accusing either of share price manipulation, even if it is tongue in cheek.

I have a major portion of my holdings in WELL health, and a minor portion in BBTV right now. These are stand-up rock solid people running these two companies, and I am happy to invest with them.
