Its wireline products and services comprise data (including Internet access, Internet protocol television (IPTV), cloud-based services and business solutions), voice, and other communication services and products, which are available to its residential, small and medium-sized businesses and large enterprises customers primarily in Ontario, Quebec, the Atlantic provinces and Manitoba. This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

Yeah they have borrowed for the fibre buildout. That's expansion. It is also over.

Cap-ex is reduced and the payout ratio will drop just like interest rates have started to drop.

"clipping" $47 CAD and they haven't even announced a div yet so not even running up to ex-div yet.

Also a run up expected to the ER after that. 2 more rate cuts from the BOC expected this year.
