s70723-20162302-331156.pdf (sec.gov) ...I've posted this more than once and strongly recommend you educate yourself on how these markets really work. It's pretty clear from reading this document that the deck is so unevenly stacked against the retail investor that it's a wonder we continue to show up to get beat up by these crooks. The good news is that once you learn the game and learn how to play with the big boys your odds of making some serious money can increase exponentially.
As for BCE, in a nutshell, when the big boys have all your cheap shares back, because you stop panicking and selling to them, don't worry they will run it back up so you can reluctantly buy your shares back again and the cycle repeats. Guess one could refer to this as Rinse and Repeat investing and it's been going on since the first stock market was opened.
My advice, just chill and have a coffee, a drink, or whatever else it is you need to calm your nerves because beating yourself up everyday over something you have no control over isn't healthy!
