Everyone jumping on the bandwagon? How do they manage to change flags every couple months?

The downgrade appeared in today's Globe and Mail. JP Morgan’s Sebastiano Petti cut his targets for BCE Inc. ( BCE-T -0.38% decrease) to $47 from $54 and Telus Corp. ( T-T +0.74% increase) to $24 from $27 with “neutral” recommendations for both. The averages on the Street are $54.29 and $26.19, respectively.

Thanks hawk35. It still doesn't change the fact it took him 2 months after their lates 4Q and YE 2023 Results to change his opinion, and just go with the current share price as his target as did the BMO analyst. Like calling for snow, during a blizzard.
