Thats why I have been accumulating in the mid 40's. Also been accumulating both T and RCI. All these stocks are in the gutter and are very good buys at this level. Utilities are also worth a look ...more

ALL the Analyst start climbing in and UPGRADING...I new that would start as soon as BCE hits above $45.00. BCE is a easy $55.00+Stock. At $55.00 the divy is still 7.25%. ALL GOOD
