It's a real question mark . I read in one of the analysts reports they should be able to bring capex down to a $4 billion/ year steady state level after 2026 . If they can maintain ARPU and grow number of users slightly then they can cover debt obligations and dividends provided no more interest rate hikes . If ARPU falters significantly due to this unfair government mandated competition(freeloading fiber) then they must cut divy
