will we lose the value of the dividend this week before the cut off date on Friday?

i have this stock in my TSFA and shock to lose money that we should all do without tax......i will never see it back because the lost is too high.

and one day the brillant mgmnt will cut the dividend which is way too high which will plummet SP...
