The WFS segment, through its brands, Black Diamond Camps and Black Diamond Energy Services, owns a rental fleet of modular accommodation assets of all types and sizes. It also includes its wholly owned subsidiary, LodgeLink, which operates a digital marketplace for business-to-business crew accommodation, travel, and logistics in North America.

It actually got up to 3.07 today!!! There was a 116,000 buy today. I have a feeling the Q4 ER and FY 2020 ER will look like a different company as a result of the Vanguard acquistion. I think this is why we're seeing the price rising here. Revenues will be substantially higher although so will debt. I'm looking forward to some more info on LodgeLink this ER. I feel like BDI is starting to share a little bit more about their plans with LL.
