Its objectives are to provide Resident Members with superior quality rental communities and the best tenant/customer service, provide its holders of Trust Units with stable monthly cash distributions, and to increase the value of the Trust Units through the effective management of its residential multi-family revenue producing properties, renovations and upgrades to its current portfolio, and the acquisition and/or development of additional, accretive properties or interests therein.

In a research note on apartment real estate investment trusts, Scotia Capital’s Mario Saric made these target changes: Boardwalk REIT (sector perform”) to $53.75 from $55, CAP REIT (“sector outperform”) to $53.75 from $55, InterRent REIT (“sector outperform”) to $14.25 from $14.75, Killam Apartment REIT (“sector perform”) to $20.50 from $21, Minto Apartment REIT (”sector perform”) to $18.76 from $19.25. The averages are $84.92, $57.32, $15.18, $22.40 and $20.50, respectively.
