BEI bought back units at an average of $56.73. Meanwhile the stock is trading at sub-50. That was money well spent huh. >>>Invested $7.6 million in the repurchase and cancellation of 137,500 Trust Units in the first quarter

Correction 55.27 average. Still, that's ~10% higher than the current price.
