Good new This claim for $1,730,000 in damages as a result of an alleged migration of contaminants from the Company's property
in Listowel, Ontario to a neighbouring property has been settled. When it became clear the plaintiff's property was the
source of the contamination, the plaintiff agreed to withdraw the suit and pay a partial contribution to defendants' costs.
Settlement documentation has been completed and the agreed amount of $14,125 received has been recorded as an
offset to administrative expenses.
