RE:WHy has COuche Tard not Bought This Company?

RE:WHy has COuche Tard not Bought This Company?I think this is exactly why some\most of us are here. Happy to sit back and collect dividends until  this company is sold. The wild card is the valuation and the premium that might be paid for the "control" shares, but I expect a premium to today's price for us too as the trade value current;y is about 70% of book value

I expect the sale, when it happens, will follow whatever estate plan the founders envision.
