it looks like, based on my reading of the YE statements. A good thing, non? My back of envelope calc shows our per share equity should now be in the $17 area.....if I have any of this wrong please feel free to correct my math! All imho.

Thanks Oneinamillion.  This is what I get from the management discussion paper on Sedar:  Total Assets net worth which includes property, investments and cash is $37,502,000, shares outstanding which includes all shares 1,808,360 which would give us a NAV of $20.73 a share.  I would consider this fairly accurate because of the recent property assessment values.  Becker has no

Not sure I buy into that number Charlie. By my reckoning, you are using total assets and ignoring the liabilities...payables, deferred taxes. A better number (IMO) is the shareholder equity number  32,140k and divide that by the share count 1,808,360 which equates to 17.77 per share. The 32mm number includes the FMV adjustments in comprehensive income so that it tries to show the most
