Becker vs the Market

According to iScotia Becker now has a p/e of 7 pays a 5.8% dividend, has no debt, $800K cash and a large position of Couche-Tard shares and bank notes.  NAV is almost $7 higher than the current price.  I have three stocks I would consider gems but Becker is probably at the top of the list for being undervalued and unloved the most.  I will continue to add with the dips just as I have done for over 10 years now.  Cheers Charlie.
