Last few days the volume has picked up.  Could mean something or not.  Just kinda interesting that the usual volume is low or nothing at all.  After all this time I find it interesting that no smaller REIT has put in an offer to buy Becker but there you go.  As time goes on the CEO and CFO are definitely not getting any younger.  Cheers Charlie.

Yes Charlie....volume is up and over several days...interesting. I would add that I think there was some discussion over the last quarter between Becker management and interested buyers (according to my reading of the quarterly report)....but nothing came of it and they are not currently in discussions with anyone (again per my reading of the latest report). My guess is that there will be an offer

That note has been in the reports since the unsolicited First Capital?? offer say 5-7 years ago. Valuators were hired and properties were inspected for any unknown issues as I recall  Perhaps they are always getting feelers...but I do recall First Capital went public with their intent because BEK was not listening\paying attention to the bid...(see Charlie's comment) which as it is so
