Somebody bought a chunk before the latest financials.  Hopefully, its a sign of some sort of good news coming or not.  We should see the latest financials this week.  All the best, Charlie.

Earnings seemed ok....change in RE valuations due to increased interest rates was expected but always seems overdone imho. I guess we will see the usual div announced in Sept. Or is anyone expecting a special div...or no div? Inquiring minds would like to know . All imho.
