RE:RE:What a weak boardI felt like I was missing something when I seen the last board appointee and then did a bit of research. A weak addition in a board that is weaker than most 1000 bbl/d companies. The board must be a group of connected individuals that have been there and done that. They must be able to make those connections that necessary to put all of the pieces together and also be able to tell management when they are full of it. This board will just say yes to management as they have no experience to make that call. Bad bad governance.....or should I say no governance.
