Pouce Coupe Gas Plant is in the heart of the Montney/Doig Resource Play. The Gordondale property is located northwest of Grande Prairie, Alberta and consists of the properties in Gordondale.

RE:FluctuationThe series A and series C prefered shares will be retired on Sept 30th , although there are only about 3.6M shares in total , I'm not sure of the price (or value) of those shares . It is all accounted for already and some long term debt will also get paid off but I don't think they will be "zero debt" by the end of Q3 . Bir will however be close and will know how much of Q4 will be required to be debt free .

With that kind of clarity I would expect Jeff to elaborate on the dividend schedule . Only 2 weeks and we are into Q4 , time flies and November should provide some unusual warmth for Bir shareholders .
