Ex-dividend date is today Oct 20th. So, if you owned the shares at closing on Oct 19th you would get the dividend. Selling today would have no affect on you receiving the dividend on Oct 28th.
Birchcliff’s board of directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.20 per common share. The dividend will be payable on October 28, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 21, 2022. The ex-dividend date is October 20, 2022.
