Was pleasantly  surprised SP didn't drop today. Unfortunately, i bought in at 11.00 but was able to average down to 10.69. Got the divy and now willing to split the difference and sell at 10.59 to free up cash for any opportunities that may arise. Just not sure when SP will reach that level as NG seems to be in a bear market right now.

Exactly!  Isn't this the darndest stock? I did something exactly like that. I bought some that low and dumped it this morning at 10.44 and 10.45, plus reap the dividend. Happy trading everyone!!

Hey, don't you have to have shares on the 21 end of day ,to get the dividend.

Ex-dividend date is today Oct 20th. So, if you owned the shares at closing on Oct 19th you would get the dividend. Selling today would have no affect on you receiving the dividend on Oct 28th. Birchcliff’s board of directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.20 per common share. The dividend will be payable on October 28, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October ...more

The spinning bottom candlestick pattern is formed near the lows. This pattern emerges at the end of a downtrend. When the spinning bottom candlestick forms, it is a signal that the sellers who were in control of the downtrend are losing interest. Therefore, when you a see a spinning bottom candlestick pattern, you can expect price to reverse direction and potentially move to the upside.
