Really ????   BIR redeemed and canceled all series A and series C shares which never showed in the public float . Both A & C shares received large dividends and were retired at around $25/sh and besides , with only 266M shares outstanding , this is one of the smallest share count I've seen . 

Are you mad about the NCIB or the lack of price appreciation ? If its the price , join the club , way too many undervalued CDN O&G companies on the TSX .
