buyback effect

If you look one year ago the shares number was 265,572,768  and today the shares number is 265,909,722, so in fact the buyback does not working realy and this is the reason the share price is still low to compare with others.

the purpose of the buybacks at BIR was to avoid diluting the exisiting shareholders with options exercised by mgmt.

so we are still about the same number and the market did not like it because to much warrants and others stuffs for the management in the future,  so we will see , but right now the share price still soaring at  lower price.

Let's see where BIR is relative to peers at the end of next year. I think Mgmt has done a great job of positioning BIR for maximum gain in this commodity bull market.

Really ????   BIR redeemed and canceled all series A and series C shares which never showed in the public float . Both A & C shares received large dividends and were retired at around $25/sh and besides , with only 266M shares outstanding , this is one of the smallest share count I've seen .  Are you mad about the NCIB or the lack of price appreciation ? If its the price ...more
