RE:Buyback coming?Birchcliff is pretty clear in their approach. The return of capital strategy is dividends not buybacks. 

Buybacks are only used to offset options exercised by management. 

What we need to see is mgmt and insiders buying shares which they have been doing so consistently. 

A lower share price now and into Q1 2024 serves well for new option grants and after that time we would want to see share price appreciation. New CEO needs a grant of options at a lower price to give him the drive to bring up the share price and earn his compensation over the upcoming years.
