Consider the source , Stifel Nicolaus is notorious for lowballing values especially energy . Look at any list of target prices , Stifel is always the lowest number .

Taking these analysts predictions with any sort of seriousness Is not wise they are rarely right. Watching Bnn top picks and previous picks is a perfect example....
