TOU take over if BIR?
TOU has ten times the market cap of BIR and the balance sheet to buy out BIR with its clean balance sheet meaning they might want to do a deal in this low gas price. They have the strength to pay $5 billion for BIR with out breaking a sweat.BIR is in play with its big debt reduction.

Where did you see that BIR is for ale ? I have been following the company for minimum 7 years and never have seen anywere that Jeff and the board wanted to sell . Of course it would be a good ''catch'' and the TOU could issue ''some '' shares and cash !

Bossu I think it's just speculation from a new poster if you just recently bought bir you would pro want a buyout asap to make a little cash... pure speculation in my opinion. On that note everything is for sale at the right price.

Not to mention the MC of bir now is 2.39 B the poster thinks Tou will come in and pay 5B even more preposterous. Mike Rose maybe the smartest ceo in the sector I don't think he has lost his mind recently

Mike already has so much land to drill and with Nat gas down to 2 sss every one will be scrambling to survive more over Mike is shilling out extra money in Dividends so no chance of buying any thing take a look at NBLY at 21 bucks third largest Pharmacy down 3-4 bucks on Ceo change Rbc target 35 bucks

let's all calm down...nothing goes straight up forever. BIR is a completely different company from the pre-pandemic days (as stated by Jeff)....enjoy the dividends and watch the share price appreciate over the next 24-36 months. We will reach $15 at some point and perhaps collect $2.40 cents in dividends before we get there (3 years).
