The big irony is more debt BIR takes on to pay the divy, less of a take over target they become....almost like a small poison pill ironically

BIR always has buyout target on its back if cheap enough due to owning Pouce Couple Gas Plant...very lucky to own that.

It would be expensive and hard to get permiting to build Pouce plant now. Big gas plant.

Owning gas plants in Montny is very key and what big companies like CNRL want...

Companies with montny land and no gas plant ownershp are worth so less... Montny drilling locations are easy to find but gas plant space in Northern Alberta isnt easy too get. Every company in that area can drill great gas wells in there sleep...
