After what occurred last week, after record breaking trading volumes for SFarms.....AND Riot's failure or unwillingness to accumulate BEYOND the 15% threshold, which will be likely confirmed by tomorrow btw, more or less indicates to me that Riot mgmt DOES NOT want to trigger the so called "Poison Pill"....or prefers for that to NOT be a factor in this battle for control..

Are they still interested? Sure.....yeah....for NOW.... it seems so! But to what point & at what cost? As previosuly mentioendby me in my last post, it seems Riot MAY HAVE shifted tactics to circumvent the "Poison Pill" issue....and MAY HAVE an ally in it's midst in their pursuit to acquire SFarms. If my analays is accurate & this is so, we will know by the end of THIS week. If it's NOT, then all bets are off & everything is up in the air.....and it's anyone's guess where this could go....or land.

Mrmomo, Well day one of trading this week is in the books. Allow me to add my thoughts/theory. I'm of the view that the recent (last two trading days) are likely the result of one and/or two things: 1. Another suitor - given the aggressive upward rise in share price and volume, another suitor could very well be accumulating. I do agree with you that it is unlikely to be SRIOT (lol) as they

Just a few added thoughts for you guys.......for anyone that has a vested interest here in either Riot or SFarms or possibly both.....8) First....I totally forgot that we have this completely made up & REDiculous holiday today, and if i were Potus, this would be promptly, ruthlessly removed, along with MANY other idiotic & useless things these "super woke" dummy politicians keep

Final thoughts for the week, regarding this "potential" merger of these two companies....... First, as you all well know, for those of you following this SAD Saga& my commentary, MY HOPE is that this almagation or TO .....buyout ...or whatever TH it is.....is it's now DOA & dies a quick & sudden death.
