And The Saga continues......!!!

There you have  it folks......AND .......as predicted by yours truly!......Riot has finally shown it's REAL hand &  intentions......

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/riot-requisitions-special-meeting-bitfarms-123000590.html

And then question now is......does  this have ANY chances of happening & will this actually work? Can Riot actually "turnover" SFarms BOD.......?

ImHO......Propably not......But who really knows.?......Where this will end up?

Now......AFTER this "expected" move on Riot's behalf......THE GAME BALL is in SFarms's court....and i guess we'll see HOW they will react and what counter mearures they will attmept to put up..........to derail Riot's attempt shoft the BOD in their favor........

So get your popcorn ready......this should get interesting.......!

Personally....I'm kinda of disappointed this hasn't died on the vine yet and Riot is still pushing ahead with futile & crazy stupid endeavor.........but there's not much Riot s/h can do at this point apart from dumping their shares and moving on.........to other investments....

So i willcontnue to hold on to my Riot sharesand SEE how this plays out.........The stock is still rock bottom cheap and should Bitcoin regain it's mojo and head higher past 75K....along with the hope Riot makes SOME progress on their own operations by FIXING some of their "problematic" issues........then this could EASILY double from here.......without much effort.....

Will post it in the link below, for those who haven't seen yet....... https://finance.yahoo.com/news/bitfarms-receives-shareholder-meeting-requisition-184500084.html This aknowledgement ...more

Some closing thoughts for the week......coming from the perspective of a RIOT shareholder 8)....! A few developments have surfaced recently, two of them actually. The first is Riot & their Ceo Jason "PokerPuke" NoLes challenging the validity of SFarms' so called "Poison Pill". It seems this will be going or already is ....to court... ..& legal dispute willbe in ...more

"This has seriously damaged the stock, meaning Riot's that is, and will take some time for it to recoup long after this disaster is over & done with." So these points: - RIOT stock dilution over the years 47M in 2020 to 288M today - RIOT BOD receiving  - a higher risk rating from ISS - .4/10 (no, not 4... POINT 4) score for board accountability from Glass Lews & co.  ...more
