Doing very well look for BK to continue up into ex divi date of 27th. I think this trades in the 11.50 12$ range this summer or in to fall providing nice capital gain and a very safe divi. And a divi that will grow as we move along.

Charts certainly look solid with buying pressure.....Preffs taken a breather but their swift move, they were a little overbought.
