BK unit nav to MAy 15 = approx; $21.87
Showing a gain of $1.21 since April 30th.. only FTN and FFN had a bigger gain. FFN has a much lower UNIT NAV to start MAY, so the % gain is much higher. Last trade @ $11.37 means BK trading at a

BK unit nav to May 12 = approx:$21.43
Showing gain of 77 cents since April 30. This values the commons at $11.43 , and now trading at a slight discount of 23 cents , with the last trade @ $11.20

I've also had these ideas, I'm not 100% sure but I think in Canada you can write off the interest rate on the loan if it's used to buy and income generating asset with some rules

Just look at the charts. Lower highs and lower lows. It's a recipe to lose your principle faster than the distribution replaces it, even if you don't borrow money at whatever rate. All
