Some rambling

Some rambling
Monday marked 6 weeks since the September 13th release. Assuming 5 weeks for Cargill to approve the release, and assuming negotiations took an extra two or three weeks after the Sept 13th release, we should see a binding release by November 8th at the latest (hopefully). I'm also very excited to hear about Ukraine's new staff and the land transfer, and also whether they have finalized the tax legislation yet.. Honestly deep down I'm confident that management chose the best possible offtake partner, given the proposals, but I'm a little resentful of Cargill taking so damn long. That being said, I'm hoping that once the deal is binding, they will call in some favors with the Ukrainian government to expedite things wherever possible.. that would certainly make up for the delays
