Wally, if you want your stock to go up, you need to put in some positivity here as well. If bki share price is too low, it is possible that will stop it from construction. We need to work as a team and produce a positive atmosphere that will lure in other investors.  matt may delay progress if he thinks share price is too low for equity financing.
