As I understand, BLDP is not a Quebec Company

so despite it being a "Green" company, help will be few and far between.   

As I understand, ~$1 Billion for Quebec to improve internet speeds,  ~1$ Billion to do the same for rest of Canada......

Could be wrong.

All just my opinion/view/thinking.
