CIBC price target for BLX remains $48

CIBC changed its price targets on many Canadian utiltity stocks this morning. Among them the target for INE was changed to $21 from $21.50 and the targer for NPI was changed to $43 from $45. However, CIBC left their targert price for BLX unchanged at $48 giving it an upside of 54%.
