C’est sans parler d’une foule de PME qui devront repondre aux appels d’offres de grands donneurs d’ordre pour la production d’energie tels qu’Hydro-Quebec, Boralex, Innergex ou Kruger Energie. Les retombees ont aussi ete importantes et diversifiees durant la phase 1 de la baie James, selon les donnees de la societe d’Etat.
