Why would anyone buy a bank stock

Why would anyone buy a bank stockUnless you are trying to capture back some money that the bank has been screwing out of you. BMO has some great savings plans, in fact in certain accounts were you to invest 10,000 the fees come to more than the monthly interest. Same with mortgage rates the BOC drops 75 bps and the BMO lowers just a few front rates down a pitiful 25 bps. Its time all the major banks in canada got a kick in the pants and hopefully this new legislation (which the majors have been stalling for years) will do this to them. I could go on but won't. Regards....
