You are a thoughtful guy....How do you think we get treated in the aggregate ...post the upcoming spin out...Does Mr.Market treat us better or worse.

To be honest, I don't think the market is thinking much at all about the spin out. At this point, its absolute focus is on whether or not the world slips into a recession and if so, how severe. That's why our SP (and that of almost every other company) has struggled.
