RE:Phase III FDA Feb 2 NEWs?
If shareholders are successful in legally delaying this transaction past the normal AGM date will management be at risk of losing their very generous escape packages? Known in successful organizations as a severance. With the special fairness committee be detailing those same packages in their circular for shareholders? in fairness don't shareholders have a right to see what we paid managers for the 14 cents we are now receiving?on a second note. with less than 1 percent insider ownership what incentive do they really have <other than the fiduciary responsibility> to work in any way to drive a better offer? I know, i know we should be happy with 2 times the recent share price. Any surprise it was 7 cents though after the barrage of incomplete always negative depressing news flow. it was probably just coincidence that nothing positive has come about since November 2016. Nothing positive at all. whether you paid 4 cents or $1.50 you own the company and you don't have to give away value for nothing
