That's a good question.  Is this info confidential?  I don't still get it.  Was there a conference call that I missed explaining why would this deal be in the best interest of the shareholders. To me it looks like a fire sale and as far as I know we are not going bankrupt in the short term.  What are their motivations?  I would like to understand exactly why nothing better has been found and what has been done to find a better offer.  Why would MCNA, 2 plants and millions in tax credits now appear almost worthless?  All this to me seems very strange.  I mean, in my view even a 42c/share offer would have looked like a very good deal for an opportunistic and motivated buyer.
