RE:Dear Nearly Done....Who are you?
A shareholder just like you. So like you also wonder how the asset valuations came to be
  • Econiche e-coli - Worthless
  • Immucidin for dogs- Worthless and given away?sold?
  • Anxiety drug for dogs- sold with animal division and as new treatment at the time probably valued at/near worthless
  • Never Used Vaccine Plant in Bellville- Worthless or near worthless after much attempts to market and sell
  • Montreal plant- near worthless
  • cash-until very recently 0.5 cents per penny and as low as o.25 cents per penny after incredibly shocking and depressing (even by TST standards) early August release
  • tax credits-near worthless
  • MCNA P1,P2,P3 and hundred million invested- 1 year ago many intersted marketing parties/now worthless
So the chairman of the apparent BOD who was in place through all these valuations is now telling you &me that 14 cents/share deal with PLI is good for shareholders after an exhaustive search? i don't questionthat it was exhausting for them physically but no way i think it was exhaustive. Easiest local deal available. Great for PLI people but pretty much worthless for TST shareholders. Now infinite bid half cent below deal price. Just hoping for better second offer that includes same exit packages so we can vote on it
